Gregg Hamill has over thirty-six years of experience in the development, leasing and operation of commercial real estate. He began as a project leasing agent for Industrial Properties Corporation, one of Texas' oldest privately held developers, and he went on to develop and lease millions of square feet of industrial space. GE Capital acquired IPC in 2007, and during that time Gregg operated over 6 million square feet of industrial space across the country from Atlanta, Georgia to Portland, Oregon.  Gregg holds a Texas real estate broker license (license #321745) and is professionally affiliated the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.  He has also served on various business and community boards for organizations that include: United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Stemmons Corridor Business Association (past Chairman), Trinity Commons Foundation (past Treasurer), Dallas Police Department's Citizen Advisory Committee - NW Division and The Real Estate Council. Gregg is also a deacon at Park Cities Presbyterian Church, Dallas.

  • Site analysis and acquisition
  • Preliminary site planning and interior space design  
  • Development of construction specifications and budget  
  • Assemblage of the construction team: Geotech, Civil, Structural Engineer, Architect and General Contractor
  • Construction plan review  
  • Oversight of permitting process  
  • Regular on-site inspection of all phases of the construction process

 REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT:  

Finding quality investments, daily focus on operations and having the right equity partners are the keys to successful real estate ownership. Taking the long term perspective, with a focus on stable cash flow, is often contrary to today's IRR dominated "churn" mentality, but investing for the long term is Hamill Commercial's goal. Targeted product types include small increment, low finish warehouses and "value-add" commercial properties in any western or southwestern market.
